Not sure what happened here and not to seem disparaging to the appellant, I think this will eventually go through. Its unlikely that a Geographical gTLD will go to private company where the AUC backs the current winner.<br>

Good point. As I said last week this is an issue that we definitely must err on the right side - National Security. What we must do is ensure that the implementors do it within the confines of our constitution.
