<div dir="ltr">Dear Listers<div><br></div><div>Please find attached the Report of the Online Debate conducted in November 2013 on the African Union Convention on Cybersecurity (AUCC), which has now been submitted to the Africa Union Commission. A meeting with the drafters took place in December where it was agreed that the Commission would look into our input, and provide an explanation/justification on areas of disagreement. </div><div><br></div><div>Most important is that the convention will not be signed in January as earlier expected, and the earliest this can happen would be in June 2014. This means that we now have an opportunity to engage further and shape the Convention.
