The latter is a business segment that has been in existence in our industry for sometime now. It didn't just come with Digital Migration.<br>

If one, knowingly, subscribes to PAY-TV, it would not be fair to start seeking for free channels within that arrangement as long as FREE-TO-AIR option exists.<br>
