<div><br></div><div>How is everything? Long time no chat, and hope all has been well in Nairobi. Thank you again for your time and inputs on the "LakeHub" idea ... we've been doing alright for ourselves and now I have a very quick, but super-helpful favor to ask if you can spare 2 minutes. </div>
