I did have the same issue a while back <a href="http://blog.denniskioko.com/2013/07/how-safaricom-clients-are-being-robbed.html">http://blog.denniskioko.com/2013/07/how-safaricom-clients-are-being-robbed.html</a> and learned a thing or two from the same <a href="http://blog.denniskioko.com/2013/08/how-kenyan-mobile-users-are.html">http://blog.denniskioko.com/2013/08/how-kenyan-mobile-users-are.html</a><div>
<br></div><div>Basically, Premium Rate service Providers have been misbehaving and having a field day quietly subscribing people to services they didn't sign for, and charging a premium (as their name states). The buck here stops at CCK, these guys need to be arrested and charged, then their systems will stop "malfunctioning". <br>

<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi Muraya,<br></div><div><br></div><div>I have found that in most cases this happens because someone subscribes to a service and then forgets that they have done so.
