<br>And what has this corruption cost as previously:<br></div>(i)CID Crime Lab. This one was put in abeyance for so long, I last read that the Cyber Crime Unit has been disbanded)<br></div>(ii)Police Communications Networks (This one is in contention after CS Kimemia stopped it writing thats its overbloated with 'cuts')<br>
</div>(iii)National Intelligence DB (Turf wars can't let it take off)<br></div>(iv)Immigration 2nd Generation ID cards (Endless drama, more than 3 tenders floated, highest bidder to old-boys club not identified yet)<br>
</div>(v)2nd Generation Passports, Dead On Arrival<br></div>(vi)50 years after independence we still write OBs by hand. Just how much intelligence escapes before being mined is mind boggling<br></div><br></div>If you think about it, if all the above are not currently working or rendered inoperable, can we actually stop the next Westgate style attack?<br>

no chance since the assailants forced their way in.<br><br>Perhaps what we need is more research to mount a camera on a fly (inzi)<br>with night vision to fly carefully within the terrorist
hideout and<br>establish strategically on how to respond. Some flies could be loaded<br>with sleeping gas to put assailants to sleep. Drones do scan the horizon<br>giving military advance knowledge of the terrain.<br>
