The winners then lease that</span><br><span>service to competitors who would wish to provide last mile services.</span><br><span></span><br><span>I noticed in some developed countries, the last mile connectivity is</span><br><span>provided by only on service provider.</span><br><span></span><br><span>We actually need a national policy to govern this type of</span><br><span>connectivity. I don't see why I need 4 different cables getting into</span><br><span>my sitting room.
