Do they have existing inventory of exactly same specs?</div><div class="yiv7066504887">b) Bidders would like the government to test the solution: </div>
<div class="yiv7066504887">Is there a specific procedure that government(MOE) will use to test the offered solution in real situation before paying so much money? I think that it's important to get the laptop, software and content piloted in real schools/situation before we spend 14.7 Billion Ksh tax payer money. Why is this step skipped? Is it not important?</div>
