from COFEK, where else did the ministry fish the representative? In my<br>
view, the different civil society movements that are geared towards a<br>
free society like ISOC, COFEK, KICTANET, e.t.c should have fronted a<br>
name to represent the common Mwananchi's interests at the CCK board.<br>

Honesty is very important when dealing with this issue and Machavelian<br>
tactics might not win.<br>
