</span></a>is a grassroots movement that seeks to transform Israel into an epicentre of technological and social innovation for the developing world. They are currently organising the <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.dev4devhackathon.com/"><span style="color:windowtext;text-decoration:none;">Dev4Dev
Hackathon</span></a>, an 2-day event aimed at developing applications for the developing world. This event will take place in November and will bring together programmers, international development and business professionals from across the industry to build
prototype solutions that address the health, agriculture, water and sanitation, transportation and education challenges predominant in the developing world. The goal is to increase exposure to the role that the Israeli tech community can play in providing
innovative and non-traditional solutions in these markets.</div>
