<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">The Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology has established a Working Group to align the ICT sector policy and legislation with
 the Constitution of Kenya.<u></u><u></u></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">The mandate of the Working Group is to develop a draft policy and bill for the implementation of Article 34 of the Constitution and to undertake
 consultative meetings with relevant stakeholders and members of the public on the draft proposals.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><u></u> <u></u></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;background:white"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">In this regard, the Working Group has developed a draft ICT sector policy and a draft Kenya Information and Communications (Amendment) Bill.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
