(still possible with the 53 billion budget, but do we want to?).<br><br>The association needs to show capacity,
understanding and willingness to go electronic and that does not need government intervention they should be showcasing their offerings instead of giving interviews for print about how digital they are.<br><br>Let us support those who have shown an initiative to help themselves.<br><br>Regards<br><br>PS.
