Uchaguzi election monitoring tool, found that much more happened in

his team were told that the community there was tight knit - with people
tending to know each other. There were a few people with access to the
Internet, who also knew each other. The community tends to shun those
who post negative information about the community, with indication that
the community may in addition clamp down on those posting such

want to be associated with the neighbourhood. This resulted in little
