Why are the authorities/regulators allowing each and every telco to do that? This is an infrastructure issue which is pertinent to this country's aspirations according to Vision 2030. </div><div><br></div><div>By now there should have been central government or county government by laws to ensure that this nonsensical approach to building out fibre optic networks is stopped forthwith. </div><div><br></div><div>This is not only the failure of private sector but the government's too.
