Tried calling but could not past the IVR. Surely, I should be asked first if I want to receive these sms messages, yes? It is one of the requirements for the new SDP system they are making PRSPs implement after all. Why should they break their own rules?</div>

I know that Safaricom has sophisticated Mass Customisation tools and if they use their Analytic Tools they would have known that for a Muslim (assuming in the majority of cases they would make deductions by name usage) a message that reads:-<br>
