<div>Today, Governor of Nairobi County, Kidero (or is he H.E….how do you address them?) posted on his twitter account a note inviting Kenyans to the first public participation meeting to plan for the County.</div>

<div>As most of us are at work during the day (or tarmacking) , how are we expected to meaningful participate? I dare suggest that County Governors embrace ICTs and have “live” online coverage of the event in a way that those unable to attend
can still directly contribute via whatever means possible – radio, sms, social media, digital hangout etc etc?</div>

<div>Any thoughts on how this can be done to embrace EVERYONE based on technologies and tools available in people’s hands (not forgetting the digitally excluded).</div>
