</div>I've attended a three day workshop in ZA on OLPC - very interesting.<br>
<br>
UniForum SA/ZACR as "Coza Cares" has (amongst other good works) provided<br>
the funding for the "Computer" courses for the (free DSTV) Mindset<br>
educational programs (covering the last three years of school). This was<br>
done with a "Creative Commons" license - so it can explicitly be freely<br>
shared and improved upon by anyone.<br>

Coza Cares has also championed the "Teach the Teacher" program in South<br>
Africa for a few years. Unfortunately, our teachers have no formal<br>
exposure to IT down here in their training years.<br>

ie - there is content/curriculum and proven methodologies which can be<br>
emulated available on the continent. Nothing wrong in sharing.<br>
