The other companies applying were all foreign israeli, indian etc. Then the journey to our 9 billion bob system started with the process being mothballed by parliament all the way. It was Hillary Clinton's closed door meeting s with the executive that landed us with a US procured but kenyan taxpayer funded electoral system.</div>
