larger, which makes continuous reading quite difficult, especially online; the
tables with vertical lines; inconsistent bibliography styles; and so on. Almost
every serious rule of effective communication in print is violated here.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

sort of thing from the Central Bank (or some other equally staid part of

style='font-size:18.0pt'>) or Bringhurst (</span><span style='font-size:13.5pt'><a

style='font-size:18.0pt'>) or Butterick (</span><span style='font-size:13.5pt'><a
