      rightly ignore Kenyans when they take up a local business even
      before they learn the Kenyan way of doing business. They also
      bring in expatriates/South Africans who are trained by locals and
      then takes over their job and are paid even five times what locals
      were earning. Their model is just wrong and you can look at their
      history even in financial services sector. I have interacted with
      them before and if you ask me when you see them come through the
      door jump out through the window.<br>

      Africans have come to do business in KE, transformed the business

      KDN has steadily lost business simply because of their poor and
      uncoordinated support, to which they got feedback but ignored as
      criticism. When you fail to listen to your clients cries, you go
      down, whether you like it or not. Customer is King!!! So when you
      start feeling that you are doing customers a favor and turn a deaf
      ear to them, what follows is as obvious as day follows night.<br>

      I can only say "good riddance" KDN! Whoever invests their money in
      KDN must eject the South Africans in order to survive.<br>
