I have read somewhere in the list someone talk of how he would support a farmer since the farmer helps to produce food that he eats but doesn't support the idea of actually going to the farm and help the farmer in farming. my question in this argument therefore, is there a cycle in the benefits (support for innovation and creativity) of proprietary software or is there just one outcome for the same benefit.
