Njoroge himself was not bad, only he would not fraternize with telco<br>
bosses that Waweru was chummy with (and probably did business with).<br>

Kiptiness is a straight forward guy who would probably make the best<br>
DG among them but he has been away for sometime when he worked for<br>
Telkom Kenya.<br>
