">. This is departure from the traditional methods of providing this information like through the media (print and electronic), or physical enquiries from where the services are provided. It is a mobile based application where the citizens can get this information. It is a one-stop-shop. The system has been motivated by the high number of citizens (over 65%) with the access to the mobile phones as well as the changing communication channels.<br>
