I think trying to compare KE with any other country brings in so many variables to consider that it just doesn't make sense - in his particular aspect.<br><br>Kenyans walked into the .com generation and never walked out. I remember how difficult it was to convince a Kenyan that a .KE domain was as good as a .COM domain - they always thought .COM is it, everything else inferior. The uptake of e-mail addresses (and the people who use e-mail addresses are the same ones you expect to take up domain names) in the .COM (yahoo|hotmail) space will definately be higher than, say, <a href="http://najivuniakuwamkenya.co.ke">najivuniakuwamkenya.co.ke</a><br>
<br>Is the .UK registry structured along the same principles as the .KE one? I doubt. <br><br>Using any other registry's performance as a benchmark to measure the performance of the .KE would be setting a very unrealistic target for KENIC.<br>
