@Brian,<br><br>From the minutes, Alice was the chairperson, yes.<br><br>Then Alice should step aside and let the Tech community decide on someone else who can steer KENIC to achieve the defined metrics.<br><br>I do believe that whenever a CEO is appointed to the organization, they always have clear and realistic KRAs and KPIs to help gauge whether or not they are performing.<br>
