It is therefore obvious that a government official will not go beyond the bounced email, I am sure that even the postal box listed is inactive</span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div>We did not create the handbook on

<div><span><br></span></div><div><span>I registered a domain with them a few days ago which they did and immediately sent me an invoice, I had prepared their cheque just to notice that there is only a P O Box number (and you keep saying postal is dead) on all their correspondents, email sent to the the email address from which the invoice was sent keeps bouncing.</span></div>
<div><span><br></span></div><div><span>At one point I was tempted to actually send the payment via the post office but since I had received a final warning that the registration would be reversed I had to act quickly.</span></div>
