<p>KICTB (<a href="http://ict.go.ke">ict.go.ke</a>) tenders / bids (e.g. Lands, Judiciary, KNH) locked out SharePoint by requiring J2EE (Java Based) document management systems instead of specifying / asking for CMIS Compliant ones.</p>
