Additionally, perhaps as I should remind Steve that it is to Kenic<br>
that domain registration fees are paid and if companies are being<br>
persuaded to upgrade to their own domain names from the .<a href="http://kbo.ke/" target="_blank">kbo.ke</a>, it is<br>
only right to query who stands to benefit from such a money.<br>

In this case, agency seems implied. So, can Kenic tell us if they have<br>
an Agency contract with these people? Otherwise, they are charging<br>
registration fees as who yet Kenic is in charge of the country's Top<br>
Level Domain registry?<br>
