You also might want to check if someone subscribed you to the service if you are sure its not you. Usually I see this happen if ones phone is used by the children. They will sometimes dial to subscribe and not advise their parents.<br>

Its very difficult for Safaricom to subscribe you to a service you haven't requested.<br>
