It is my second most treasured e-communications; the first being the Letter from then Head of Public Service, Prof. Philip Mbithi to all PS's, DG Intelligence (then Special Branch), Heads of State Corporations, etc cautioning them against connecting to Internet (read ARCC & UNEP) without the express clearance from his
office.</span></div><div><br><span></span></div><div><span>The third one was a reply from the then CEO of one of Kenya's top-most media houses when ARCC wrote to interest them in Internet and e-Mail. Your guess is as good as mine! Right vibes here coming from the CJ's corner. Alamin Kimathi, ........ and now Duncan Okello.<br><br>I remember about 3 years ago when NVK-Mageuzi was scouting for a suitable person to spearhead development of its Roadmap, Duncan’s kept propping up! The preliminary thoughts he offered, even if only in terms of interrogations went a long way to inform and guide the Roadmap – which has to date greatly also influenced the thinking behind, formation and launch of the Diaspora Alliance and the G-47/Third Force.</div>
