<P style="MARGIN: 0.1pt 0in; LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char" class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-GB><FONT size=3 face=Calibri>�Africa should take advantage of the availability of digital frequencies to make mobile internet accessible to rural areas even before broadcasters making the digital migration,� Joseph Alhadeff, the vice-president of Global Public Policy said.</FONT></SPAN></P>
