Why dont you ask him to engage with this community on the (Specifically ICT based) roadmap for making the registration process simpler. Maybe a structured discussion might be able to shed some light on how this can be simplified further or enable those of us not versed with the technicalities of the letter and spirit of the law that might make it impossible to do a name search, register and get a certificate in 5 minutes. <br>
