<div>To concide with the DTT changeover in 2012, I hope next year the some of the grants can go to some local content production companies who can create a one-stop studio and infrastructure sets to enable artists and content developers a plaform for content creativity. Will we see a start of "Warner Studios" at some point? These studios will have a feed to e.g Signet where the production company may own its own channel, or sell the content onto main broadcasters. </div>
