<span style="font-size:10.0pt"><br>Hallo Listers,<br><br>Other the last couple of days there has been growing interest in the status<br>of the government build National Optical Fiber Backbone Infrastructure.<br>Since last week PS Dr. Ndemo and his team at the MOIC have been engaging<br>
operators in discussions to find the best way to maximize value on the<br>government built NOFBI infrastructure. In summary the outcome of the<br>meetings has been that;<br>1. NOFBI is accessible to all interested licensed operators who shall<br>
provide the last mile solutions to their customers. <br>2. A management committee comprising of various operators and government has<br>been put in place to finalize on suitable pricing and ensure as many people<br>as possible have access to the backbone infrastructure and ensure that it<br>
is eventually self-sustainable.<br>3. The management committee shall share quarterly reports on the progress <br><br>It is the hope of all those involved that the use of this shared platform<br>will be a contributing factor to the reduced costs of internet access.<br>
