Dennis, the national BB infrastructure is largely in place - NOFBI as well as other players like KDN and KPLC. I guess "backhauling" it from the routes it passes through to rural areas is the next step (and of course propagating the last mile after that). <br>

I would suggest that we set Broadband as 1 Mbps, 256 Kbps is Edge, and a low limit would not help the country in attaining much in this age of video streaming and other data hungry applications
