Dear Listers<br><br>I am in Nairobi now. <br><br>The Permanent Secretary has kindly provided me with a list of safaricom digital villages. I would like to go visit them. I am waiting to get more detailed addresses from the ICT Board so I can schedule visits. I wanted to start with Central and Eastern. <br>
