Robert, that is most likely a mistake made at the advertising/ PR agency which does design, print and proof reading for Safaricom which I am dead sure they outsource. Let us not relate all MSP/ ISP problems or issues to the matter of lowered call rates!<br>

But with due respects, you are trivializing the all important subject of calling rates. I doubt you can prove and demonstrate that low calling rates automatically �leads to immediate recruitment of incompetent staff (on the basis of numerous spelling mistakes on the brochure you have attached). I�ve printed a copy. It is unfair to (consumers) provoke emotions that you may over-pay for quality services. MSPs have an option to right-size � go for a lean establishment. Again this must be an exceptional brochure. Nonetheless, I�d love to hear from Safaricom on whether they can own up the brocure, its contents and disastrous spellings. Even if they do, I doubt they will relate the same to low calling rates, MTR or price wars.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
