The Government of Kenya (GOK) will hold a High level Ministerial
forum on 26th September 2011. This forum Co-organized with the
International Telecommunications Union (ITU) will provide</span><span

Ministerial level participants and other stakeholders will discuss
issues of mutual interest around the opportunities and challenges
to developing countries presented by information and
communications technologies.</span><span style=""> </span>
