Bob, good food for thought, you brought it out at the right time, i sat with a senior Citizen over Easter and he mentioned the bit about the 42 Centres of Power and how each county is erecting Cess stations for people passing through ostensibly for road maintenance, who knows what is yet to come, i guess this is where ICTs will play a huge role in educating the masses otherwise we are cooked :-), i agree Sirkal is me and you that is all of us.<br>
