South Africa is of key interest to us.<br><br>On Onchari's comments, we would be interested to know why (in the case of Kenya) there is little in domestic outsourcing. What's it that deters potential outsources (e.g. government, financial institutions, etc.) from outsourcing?<br><br>On an aside, I once mentioned the subject to a group of Bank HR types and they reacted almost in disbelief that such could happen. I wonder whether that's one of the

<br>Matunda,<br><br>I would say that given the "age" of the industry, there is probably no study<br>that has been done per se on domestic outsourcing.
