modification of the licence is inspired by feedback received from the postal/courier industry on the need to effect certain changes in the postal/courier licence to take into account new and emerging issues within the sector. The Commission maintains various avenues of consultation and feedback from the communications industry with a view to facilitating continual improvement of both the regulatory and operating environment. <br><br>The changes are also meant to align postal/courier licences with the Kenya Information and Communications (Postal and Courier Services) Regulations, 2010. <br><br>The proposed postal/courier licence is intended to replace the existing one and is available at <a href="http://www.cck.go.ke/links/consultations/current_consultations/Postal_Courier_Licence_Template_Dec_2010_-_Old_licensees.pdf" target="_self" style="color: rgb(110, 112, 49); text-decoration: underline; font-family: Tahoma, Verdana, Arial,
