<li style="margin-left:15px">Good in atleast one php framework(MVC) preferably Zend</li></ul><ul style="border-collapse:collapse;font-family:arial, sans-serif;font-size:13px"><li style="margin-left:15px">A good designer(graphics and flash)....desirable</li>
