<div>In fact, seat 15 of the Board is a new Director position being filled as per a resolution of the Board. It is the At Large director position, the selection of which goes through a different process.The At large Community (ALAC) of ICANN has thus established an adhoc committee (BCEC) which oversees the process and proceed to voting.</div>

<div>The difference here is while the NOMCOM selects other board members, the BCEC has designed its own procedures including community forum call, wiki and a vote by its 20 members.</div>
