This could save the consumers quite a penny in that they are able to accurately monitor their consumption; access their itemized bills online and hopefully KPLC can lower the fuel levy that they so exorbitantly charge the consumer! It makes very little sense to go queue for 3-4hrs at their offices to sort out erroneous billing month in month out, because their meter reader decided not to do his/her work and instead submit estimates. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>These collaborative solutions can be extended to other government agencies so that they catch up with the rest of us in the 21st Century!<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'>Kind regards,<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal>Edwin <span style='color:#003399'><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div></body></html>
