Lots of people are<br>privy to what the mckinseys hv said etc etc. But to me, the main issue<br>is execution and patience.<br><br>In my experience, clients don't care where you are (country) all they<br>care about is can you deliver ?<br><br>Delivery becomes the issue and there is little the govt can do here.<br><br> 3 years ago,
