Additionally the census sets the number of mobile phones at 5.5 M.</div><div><br></div><div>This is why we need the census information published so that we can poke holes in it. The presence of computers in the home requires electricity and also a reason for a family to need to buy one. Kenya power has a little over 1 million subscribers which includes businesses, government offices and institutions of learning. Also note that there are only 2.45 house holds with TVs which is a low tech

at least one computer that means 1.5milion only? As you talk of people at the bottom of payramid having use of content just realize they have no access and thats where we should begin.
