This request for expressions of interest (EOI) sets out the specifications and output requirements for the study, to undertake the study from qualified research organizations and institutions including but not limited to: colleges, universities, nongovernmental organizations, consortium, foundations, and corporations. Subsequently from short-listed organizations, a <!--/*SC*/defang_i/*EC*/--><span style="font-style: italic;">Request for Proposal <!--/*SC*//defang_i/*EC*/--></span>(RFP) will then be issued seeking a more detailed response.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
