Indeed the AG cleared the Bill only to find out that the policy that<br>
developed it was not sufficient. We quickly developed the policy and sent<br>
it to Cabinet. It is waiting to go through the Cabinet Sub Committee<br>
Chaired by the PM before getting to Full Cabinet.<br>
