I called Safaricom the same day I received the sms from YEScampaign and they said that , the sender had sent out a broadcast message, i.e 072200001 -whatever number<div><br></div><div>Those of you who work for the Telcos, does this mean anybody can buy bulk sms and broadcast to us anytime?<br>
