<div style="background: white; line-height: 130%"><span style="font-size: 9pt; color: black; line-height: 130%">encompasses all aspects from design, funding,</span></div>
<div style="background: white; line-height: 130%"><span style="font-size: 9pt; color: black; line-height: 130%">procurement,implementation, management and </span></div>
<div style="background: white; line-height: 130%"><span style="font-size: 9pt; color: black; line-height: 130%">Maintainance with the last 2 as most neglected.</span></div>
